I'll suggest neighborhoods to explore, set up a search, and tour homes by live video if you can't be here yet. When you can visit, I plan the trip so you see the right areas and homes in a day or two.
From offer to closing, I handle the local details and keep you updated, so you can focus on the move.

Can I buy a home before I move?
Yes. Many relocating buyers tour by live video, review inspection reports remotely, and sign documents electronically. Under the NAR settlement practice changes, a written buyer agreement is needed before a live virtual tour, just like an in-person one. How do property taxes work in Ohio?
Property taxes are set locally, so they vary a lot by city and school district. Values are reappraised every six years, with an update in the third year. I'll show you the actual tax bill for each home you consider. Source: Ohio Department of Taxation, Reappraisal and Update Schedule.

How do I choose a neighborhood from out of state?
Start with the non-negotiables: commute, school district if it matters to you, lot size and budget. I'll narrow it to a short list, then we'll look at real homes in each so you can compare what your budget buys in each area.
